No Worries Wedding & Event Planning offers wedding day services to take some of the burden off the bride. Our “Cut the Cake” Wedding Day Package allows you to enjoy your wedding day while leaving the details to us. This package includes:
Wedding Day – Phase 3: • Two hour consultation to review all plans, vendor contacts and Develop a Wedding Day Playbook & Schedule. • Phone confirmation to all vendors one week prior to Wedding Day. • Ensure that ceremony and reception plans are executed, contacting all vendors. • Distribute Flowers to wedding party. • Ensure proper placement of centerpieces, place cards, favors, hospitality baskets, and any other wedding decorations. • Check floor-plan for proper placement of head table, guest tables, cake table, gift table along with linens and other décor. • Ensure that gifts and cake top are being transported to bride and groom’s home after the reception. • One to three No Worries team members on site to assist with event with at least one at each location. • Distribute any final payments to vendors. • Handle any last minute “emergencies” with “Crisis Toolbox.”
Our “Cut the Cake” Wedding Day Package ranges from $1500 for smaller events to $3200 for larger, more lavish events. During initial phone consultation, a flat fee price will be quoted based on your event details.
